Giveaway Extractor: fix bug that does not display cache for trains with less than 50 giveaways

Description
When I open the giveaway extractor cache there are no giveaways even without filters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. extract all giveaways
2. open the cache

Expected Behavior
See the cached giveaways

Console Errors
nothing

Only for trains less than 50 giveaways long, correct?

You're right. For trains/lists with more than 50 giveaways the cache works fine with 8.3.15.

The cache is now displayed with 8.3.16 but enter button and game categories are missing unless I extract it again. Shall I open a new bug report for that?
