User Giveaway Data: improve design

There used to be a site that another SG user made that allowed me to check who I won the most gifts from or sent the most gifts to, and I used to check it to consider new people to add to my whitelist. Unfortunately, that site appears to be dead, but I was happy to discover that ESGST displays those same user lists at the bottom of the user sent/won giveaway data modals. There are just a few things that I think could make those lists a little more useful and usable.

Describe the solution you'd like.

1. Turn the usernames into user profile links. That other site had links to the user profiles, which was useful for checking users' stats and seeing if we had whitelisted or blacklisted each other.
2. Add the whitelist/blacklist icons (the blue heart, blue check, red X) next to each username. That way I wouldn't even have to go to the user's profile to see if we had whitelisted or blacklisted each other.
3. Add the whitelist/blacklist checker to the top of the lists so that I could check all the users at once.
4. This is the least important enhancement, but I think the lists would be easier to scan if they were left-aligned or maybe put into a narrow table with two columns, one for username and one for the number of gifts.
