honor BROWSER environment variable #6

Hi,

If you could check for BROWSER environment variable and use that as the default for viewing, it would be great. My goal is to have commandline apps stay within an xterm. Personally, I'd suggest using 'links' but to each their own. :) thanks!

Hey @rcampbel3 thanks for letting me know. I was expecting that openurl did that check for me already but it doesn't.

This has already been fixed and it's going to be on the next release (that's coming this weekend hopefully).
