pokemon moon black 2 freezing post picking the name in dsi mode

1 boot up game
2 pick character then do name
3 end up with black seen
its only on dsi mode ds mode is fine for nightly 1.9.3

On ds mode works perfect, there is something why you use dsi mode specifically? I mean because dsi mode is experimental.

mainly whenever i emulate a game if i can i rather be as close to the software as i can like playing any gen 5 hack on dsi mode if it has it
