Loading

Lists all all pages and displays some summary statistics of the pages.

Example:

Chapter 1 (total words in the chapter, total exercises in the chapter)
- Page 1
  - Words: 200
  - Exercises 2
- Page 2
  - Words: 200
  - Exercises 2
Chapter 2 (total words in the chapter, total exercises in the chapter)
- Page 3
  - Words: 200
  - Exercises 2
- Page 4
  - Words: 200
  - Exercises 2
