Sero is a developer that I met while working on the Ricochet V3 raid and has proven to be a very skilled and competent builder that is able to adapt to a wide variety of projects and languages. He also is able to manage a team as a lead developer on a project. He helped me ship and continue work on Ricochet V3 post-raid to ensure that the client is happy with the product they received. By doing so he has helped to increase Raid Guild's reputation despite not being a member. I think he would be an even greater asset as a member of the guild. He's a nice guy to work with and he gets the job done no matter the circumstance. He has a very chill demeanor and is also able to produce good results under pressure.
