Use the RailsInstaller for OS X? #18

RailsInstaller now supports Windows and OS X : http://www.engineyard.com/blog/2012/railsinstaller-for-os-x/

I wonder if it would be a good idea to use it?

Not a bad idea. Have you tried it out at all?

Nope, I'm a bit afraid of what will happen since I already have everything set up... Would be nice to try it on a vanilla Mac.

I think I need to get a virtualized os x setup for this + @tokaido.

Updated the instructions to use RailsInstaller while we finish stuff for tokaido.
