New algorithm balloon added

Hi,
the current release contains an update to miner T-Rex, this miner is now able to calculate algorithm "balloon". Since this is a very profitable algo, at this time, I recommend everyone to add this algorithm.

• Either add it directly in Config\config.txt, in the row "Algorithm". e.g. like that:
  "Algorithm": "allium,aergo,ballon, .."
• Or use the "C"onfiguration - "S"elections: just hit return, until you reach the input line
  "Enter the algorithm you want to mine .." and type +balloon at the prompt (do not forget the + in front of balloon (!!), because you want to add, not to replace all with balloon, only).
  Hit enter, until you return to the main configuration prompt. Exit this prompt by entering "x". Done :)
