I developed this web browser in Visual Basic using Microsoft visual studio 2010.It's size is 1.3mb.It takes less than a min to download.It is very interactive with offline features like the web camera and theme changer.It also has a download manager that helps you to download all your music,videos and files at a fast rate.I included a special iCam class to access the web camera of any operating system and architecture.
