Did you run ?
$ rosdep update
$ rosdep install

If not, please run the above commands and see if the error persists.

In the trajectory file, the below scan data is from -30 to 30 or from 30 to -30?

-30 is the start angle and +30 is the end angle of the scan data.

Did you run ?
$ rosdep update
$ rosdep install

If not, please run the above commands and see if the error persists.

After issuing the "rosdep update" command I am trying to run the command

$ rosdep install

But, it does not work. rosdep: error: no packages or stacks specified. It asks for the package name to be installed!!!
