This discourages NRI's from registering in the portal

@TribeAsteraea One of the challenges with international volunteers is that we do not have a SMS gateway that supports international SMS. It doesn't prevent us from allowing registration and let me check with the team and revert.

Thanks @bobinson , I still recieve SMS to my intnl number when linked to the Indian bank account,any idea what are they using there ?
