A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'ExternalModuleDependencies'

This is the error I get. I am using the InvokeBuild module.

I think the question is why does Step-ModuleVersion removes the private Data?

$manifest.Remove("PrivateData")

By commenting that line (and L88), I can finally step the module's version
