Much like you have the Set-ModuleFunctions and Set-ModuleFormats functions, it would also be nice to have a Set-ModuleTypes function for updating the TypesToProcess array in the module manifest.

Much as BuildHelpers already has Set-ModuleFunctions, Set-ModuleAliases
and Set-ModuleFormats, this commit adds the Set-ModuleTypes function to
update the module manifest's TypesToProcess property with *.ps1xml types
files.

Fixes RamblingCookieMonster#84
