Taskbar Thumbnail Reorder doesn't work in 23H2 OS build 22631.2506

I installed Windows 11 Pro 23H2 OS build 22631.2506 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22677.1000.0 via Windows Update and this is no longer working 🙁

I've tried disabling and re-enabling it and doing a hard computer restart.

I have the exact same Windows version and the mod works for me. I don't see anything wrong in the logs either.
Perhaps some other tool on your computer conflicts with the mod?
Otherwise I'm not sure what the reason is. If you have any idea of a way for me to reproduce the issue, let me know.

Actually—I have never seen the reorder mod works, on any devcanary builds (25xxx)
When I try reorder, thumbnail just transperecnt for while and then nothing happen, on all 24H2 builds
I think 24H2 backport code to 23H2 brokes the mod. had worked on betadev builds? (23xxx~253xx)

A Windows 10 update has resulted in the same thing for me. Now on build 19045.3693. Reordering worked before, and now doesn't. Updated Windhawk, tried disabling and enabling, and also uninstalling and reinstalling the mod.

It seems to be working for me only if these mods are enabled:

• Disable grouping on the taskbar
• Taskbar Labels for Windows 11
• Taskbar Thumbnail Reorder

Taskbar Thumbnail Reorder isn't relevant with Disable grouping on the taskbar, since in this case each item has only one thumbnail, so there's nothing to reorder.
