Sending email with Pictures

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup email delay then insert image on the email (not attachment)
2. Once user received it, picture is not working
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Picture should still on the email embedded. 

What version of the product are you using?
