ISSUES: Pick Date/Time Error & Managed Snoozed Tabs Layout

First of all, I love the new UI! Nice job! This add-on is fantastic and I really appreciate the work you've put in! Just wanted to bring a couple of issues to your attention:

When selecting and inputting a custom day & time to snooze, it doesn't allow you to select a time earlier than the current time, even when the selected date is in the future. See screenshot 1.

When viewing "Manage Snoozed Tabs", the overflow doesn't automatically expand for viewing all snoozed tabs. See screenshot 2.
