I suppose that it's TotalCommander (TC) bug, but other webdav servers works ok and... who knows.

I am aware of this issue and I can confirm that TC crashes when connecting to an NWebDAV based server. Unfortunately, TC doesn't report anything and just crashes. I have setup a test account for Christian Ghisler, so he can reproduce the crash. I have also reported it on his forum (link).

This was a problem in the WebDAV plug-in of Total Commander. It has been fixed with v2.9 of the WebDAV plugin. It can be downloaded here.
