Needed Loader before Videos plays, Code extended, only not working on IDevices

Hi,

I needed loader before video plays so I updated code.
I tested it on:
[Firefox, Chrome] (Windows 10)
[Chrome, Safari] (Macbook)
[Samsung C7, IPhone 6S] (mobiles)

Plugin is working fine on all except Safari (Macbook), IPhone 6S (mobiles)
Clicking on story, modal opens up. Animation stops, first Video loads and plays but next item does not loads.
Can you please check code what is missing something in code only on IDevices.
