mislead note Ramsey on 2.8.1 is still Rhumsaa

can we tag again? because right now the 2.8.1 still has Rhumsaa as namespace

I may be mistaken, but the namespace change is due for version 3.0, not 2.8, since it's a breaking change.

The namespace prior to 3.0.0-dev is Rhumsaa. It changes to Ramsey in 3.0.0-dev. There is not yet a 3.0.0 release, so I advise to continue using the 2.x series until we release a stable 3.0.
