Dashboard does not show the API endpoint URL in the API Keys page

In Cluster Manager, the API Keys page showed the API endpoint and allowed you to copy it to the clipboard.

The new UI does not offer the asme - we should add this in.

Click "Account and API keys"
API endpoint is not present in the UI , but doc says its present

Reproduction steps

1. Logged in as a Standard User
2. Starting from the default Rancher homepage /dashboard/home
3. Click the user icon in the top right corner of the screen -> click Account & API keys

RESULT

The API endpoint is not displayed anywhere in the UI.
