Introduce support to IPAM integration in the Elemental Operator.
This requires:

  • adding IP address templating in the Elemental Registration
  • Elemental Operator retrieval of an IP address from the IPAM provider in place of the registering host (during registration) and send it to the host during the registration phase
  • the elemental-register binary should take care of the IP address configuration during the OS installation
