Currently migrating from Rancher 1.6 to 2.X.

Have followed every steps here https://rancher.com/docs/rancher/v2.x/en/v1.6-migration/run-migration-tool/

not sure if I have missed a step here.

Is there any extra steps ?? before it can run??
