Add an optional [configurable] SSH tunnel to master VM that will expose a local Rancher server remotely. This makes sharing local environments over the Internet an effortless and repeatable process.

Along with this we should implement #14 to prevent local environments from being compromised.

Now expose SSH, http and https to allow for external access
