Is this RFE related to an Existing Problem? If so, please describe:

Describe Proposed Solution(s):

  • Allow hauler to reference remote files for hauler store sync or hauler store load

Describe Possible Alternatives:

  • No native alternatives within hauler
  • Operators are required to curl the manifest or tarball, then apply it

Would be really good to be able to import a single container .tar images in to the airgapped version
