The gem may support multiple executables, in which case you could add 'me' as an exectuable.

Could follow rvm's pattern and incorporate it into the -l command, with an indicator for which profile is currently selected (*).

Would also be good to differentiate between local and global selection. This should be straightforward for the git username, though may be more challenging with the SSH key.
