Expanded formatting of shortcode blocks

I think it would be very useful to be able to have some more flexibility in formatting the blocks generated by shortcodes. Perhaps a filter or something that the user could send a string with placeholders through. I would love to be able to do things like put business hours into a table or format addresses like:

Street Address
City, Region
Postal Code

It would also be nice to have control over the heading tags used in these blocks.
