It would be very "User Friendly" to be able to collapse "Projects" or "Priorities" ... etc. in order to focus in on the desired Filters without having to Scroll.

@qalisto @ecxod in the future we will have more filter areas than the 3 we have now. In theory we can have

  • Priority
  • Context
  • Project
  • Due date
  • Threshold date
  • Recurrence
  • Pomodoro
  • Creation date
  • Completion date

And every other new extension can show up here. Not all of those might be important for the average user.

I was thinking to introduce an accordion in order to collapse the single filter groups. And expand the most essential ones as a default. Those could be priority, project and maybe context.

Maybe you have some opinion here, that you could share.

The accordion would look like this:

The state of each collapsed accordion row would be persisted.
