Ancestry_HMM version 0.94

The latest version is included in the src/ directory. A complete usage example is in the example/ directory. Please note that the input format and command line options have been modified significantly in versions 0.9+. The manual documents the required command line arguments and file input formats.

The original version, released in Corbett-Detig and Nielsen (PLoS Genetics 2017), is maintained in version_0.4/.
