Can be used to submit BackupPC 4.x to Debian.
Should likely be based on https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/modify.en.html and a refresh of the patches.
Should address Error: "can't build with source format '3.0 (native)': native package version may not have a revision" #7 and Change debian/package/format to '3.0 (quilt)' #14 . Could be used to also fix / improve Fix and improve config.pl.diff #6 and Update patch file to use new default in config.pl #2 .
