Description

A user should confirm yout account (and e-mail informed).

Current Behavior

Account (and e-mail) is not confirma by the user.

Expected Behavior

Account (and e-mail) should be confirmed by the user.

Create endpoint
Update email sent (subject and message - cloudformation)
