Support autoselection of templates based on framework.

In order for Carpenter to function with different front-end frameworks, we need to support passing an option to the (eventual) Carpenter.Object like so:

frontendFramework: 'bootstrap'

Based on the frontendFramework, we'd auto-select different templates for the pagination region, etc, where framework-specific markup is required in order to pick up the correct base styling.
