Add country to posts and profiles

What

Add the ability to associate posts with countries. The country can be specified on the user profile view and will always automatically be set for posts. It can be removed or changed per post though.

Why

Seeing the country of the poster helps to "connect" with a post as it makes it more relevant for the viewer.
For a product post it is very helpful to know that a compatriot has been able to acquire a product that the viewer is interested in.
It also opens up potential questions around local use, etc.

How

I image showing a country flag next to the condition on the bottom of a post.
On the profile page it will be a single select field.
