I have been having several issues just to bring up a a Rasa. a) tried through Mac. did not work b) tried through python virtual environment in Mac. could not bring up. c) finally setup a Vmware and ubuntu. trying to install. face lots of issues. currently faced is pip install rasa error out as below.

You are using pip version 18.1, however version 20.0.2 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.

but if I look at closely, it is expecting tensor flow <2.2 and >=2.1 - I am not sure whether there is any such.. is this a bug?
