In fact, there is the screwed nsp. For some reason, the authors of the homebrew and forwarders believe that the titleid is random, but this is not so. For example, bit11 is the update flag, and bit12 is the DLC
For a normal Application, both of these flags should be cleared.
In particular, for hbloader, the titleid from the DLC was taken from the bug, into which the Application

Of course, installation of such freaks is supported for now, but there are no guarantees that everything will work as it should.

Changed timeouts and work with zero packets in MTP. Perhaps it will be more stable under Windows. But this moment must be tested.
