Some texts are not applied to the translated text

For several reasons, translated text does not seem to be reflected in the UI.

1. Translated text for "src/panel/panel.cpp" is not reflected in the UI. (Sorry I don't know why...)
2. Some resources written in .hpp file. But hpp files does not included in POTFILES.in.

1. Sometimes that is because the relevant functions haven't called in the locale properly. If you can tell me which (English) messages aren't being translated, I'll have a look.
2. OK, I'll search the hpp files. Are there any you know for sure I need to include to save me looking?

2. OK, have found all of these - they are the configuration parameter names. I'll upload a new POTFILES in a bit...

Translation results of hpp files can also be displayed on the UI without any problems.
