Wrong installation guide in Linux Documentation

In your Linux installation guide you describe how to write the Image with ImageWriter but this tool is not available since Ubuntu Linux 13.04.

I see from apps.ubuntu.com that you are correct, and see in launchpad that it was removed when it became unmaintained and incompatible, and that dd is a suitable alternative.

I'm looking in to the possible revival of ImageWriter but for now I'll remove that section from the docs and just recommend dd for Linux users.

If you personally have a problem with installing an image, please follow the dd instructions and feel free to ask for help in our forums. Otherwise thanks for bringing this to our attention.
