When using -awb with 'sun' or 'tungsten' the color of the image still shows random color changes, apparently caused by changes in the composition. This can be the amount of light and/or the dominant color(s) in the scene. Although the color seems more stable than when using 'auto' it still prevents accurate shot-to-shot consistency.

Bug fixed recently that was always rerunning the AWB algo on capture and causing colour shift.
Please retest (particularly as I can't see -fixed as an option in the released raspicam code. -off is an option and has also just been fixed up)
@Dmole Er, no, totally unrelated. Why would a supposed change in AWB settings, or possibly AWB not changing over time, be related to sun/tungsten modes still changing?
@JamesH65 Can I suggest you close this issue? Change made back in March to sort out AWB changing on captures, and no response from @Philip-F as to whether this is really the issue he was reporting.
If people really want fixed AWB, that i no an option too with AWB off and awbgains option.
