Triggers should receive the name of user logged in on the web GUI in the WEB_USER environment variable.

The WEB_REMOTE_IP environment variable was also introduced, so that the IP of the printer could be omitted if it's the same of the browser using the GUI.

Notice that the changes in the print_label.py trigger are only present in the mario-edition branch.
