Currently fillnodata() and associated _fillnodata() do not support existing bands, only ndarray inputs. Existing bands are left as a TODO.

See suggestions in #227 for how this might be expanded to encompass ndarrays and existing bands.

This issue would be closed via #272. Changes to fillnodata and tests are in that PR.
