Promise.mapIfOrElse(Predicate<? super T> predicate, Function<? super T, ? extends T> ifTansformer, Function<? super T, ? extends T> elseTransformer)
Promise.flatMapIfOrElse(...)
Chain.when(boolean test, Class<? extends Action<? super Chain>> ifAction, Class<? extends Action<? super Chain>> elseAction)
same for the overloaded Chain.when(....) APIs
