Section numbering seems backwards in the docs

Right now this is in the docs:

1 Introduction
  1.1 Goals
  2.1 About this documentation
    1.2.1 Code samples
      1.1.2.1 Java 8 style

But it should be:

1 Introduction
  1.1 Goals
  1.2 About this documentation
    1.2.1 Code samples
      1.2.1.1 Java 8 style

and so on.
