Add missing replacements across templates

Files were missing package replacement:

• app/build.gradle
• app/proguard-rules.pro

Coverage remained the same at 85.714% when pulling ee4b878 on tuliohmendes:master into 237079e on ravidsrk:master.

Something like this regular expression should be enough:

/com\.example\.android\.architecture\.blueprints(\.(todoapp|tododatabinding|todomvpclean|todomvpcontentproviders|todomvpdagger|todomvploaders|todomvp))?/

But the sync_templates.js is freezing on todo-mvp-loaders when I use it.

I don't have too much time right now and neither a dev environment configured, but if you want to you can take a look on this :)
