Program pulls focus from active window when changing wallpaper

I've got a 2 monitor setup on windows 7 and it seems to trigger when in fullscreen applications, like games.
I see the wallpaper changing on one monitor while my game flickers on the other and stops accepting inputs.
I have to then click back on it to resume playing.

I've also witnessed it while the fullscreen game is alt-tabbed

Hay, do you have the 'Info popup' option enabled? If so, can you try disabeling it and see if that helps?

Also worth trying to disable fade mode to see if that makes any difference.

I have a one monitor setup and this happens to me too. I tried disabling the info popup but I felt it was still happening.
