Highlight missing translations in the editor

While suggesting a new translation (or editing one), it would be helpful to indicate which messages/transitions already have translations and which ones don't. One way to do that is by using a red background for translations that are not yet provided, and possibly light green (or plain white with a '👍', or even nothing at all) for the ones provided.
