Description

today the ray_component_cpu_percentage and the ray_component_rss_mb metrics reports a label/tag named Component which carries the task/actors name and it helps to get granular CPU and memory usage at the task/actor level.
so, we would like to have the similar metrics for GPU at task/actor level too.
