How can we change the anchor text to something like "Click on me" instead of showing the full path + line number?

I think file path may be redundant but line number is anyway useful to indicate directly where in the file the func names are found.

Yes, you are right, line number is really useful.

Only showing the line number just next to the proc names would be clearer.

Sorry, this turns out that it's not possible with the current vscode output channel. Only fully displayed URI can be parsed as a link and be clickable (see this source code and another issue)
