Description

Improve the filtering capabilities:

1. Develop a feature that enables users to create and save custom filters for MRs. This will allow users to create personalized views, which can facilitate efficient management of MRs, especially when dealing with large numbers of them.
2. Adapt the 'My MRs' view to accommodate user-defined filter rules, rather than only showing all MRs related to a user. This introduces flexibility and reduces unnecessary clutter in users' MRs list.
