Support for checking since previous release? #19

I tried setting this up as an action on the release/publish event, but it always finds the release as the latest release, 0 PRs merged since then, and finds nothing. Any way to have it check for PRs merged between the previous release and the current one, rather than for PRs merged after the latest release?
