华为平板（平行世界模式）状态栏无法覆盖问题 #495

系统版本：鸿蒙3.0.0
库版本：3.2.1
问题描述：背景无法覆盖状态栏，可以看到右侧状态栏并没有被覆盖
解决办法 : PopupWindow.setClippingEnabled(false) 可以解决此问题，希望作者复测后，如可以，进行更新

补充:构造方法中加入 setClippingEnabled(false) 后会与 setOverlayStatusbar(overStatusbar)冲突，我暂时是去掉了setOverlayStatusbar(overStatusbar) 这个方法的调用，下面是
