Figure out what to do with data previously entered into now retracted forms #24

When a form is marked as retracted:

  • It will not show up in exports
  • Not be available as a form for data entry
  • Still shows up as a collected form and can be viewable in the visit (this might be an oversight)

The current issue is what to do with the data that has already been collected. We need to figure out what to do with this data that remain in-limbo. A current idea is to offer a migration path of the data.
